"The outdoor pool on the first floor at the second building is a quite dangerous with the level of steep steps instead of stairs. I fell a few times trying to find where the next step is. "This small, family run hotel is well situated for exploring Cat Ba town on foot. The room was spacious but basic. The AC and fans worked well cooling the room. "What a fantastic trip. The service from the staff from start to finish was exemplary. Pick up was a shared limousine van. Pure luxury for the 2.5-3 hour transfer.
