"This hotel is in a great location if you are going to or coming from the international airport. The staff speak English but there understanding is limited. We booked a two nice stay and told them we needed a 4 am shuttle on morning #2 (Tuesday). We were very tired and went to bed only to be awoken at 4am wondering why weren't were leaving. THIS WAS AFTER 1 NIGHT! WHY WOULD WE BOOK TWO NIGHTS AND LEAVE AFTER 1???????? Otherwise the place is very nice and the food is great. The gym is...

"The property manager and his staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived after 1:00AM and the manager came to greet us and asked if we needed help with anything which was very nice of him. "

"We arrived for a late check in and staff was there to greet us. That was a very nice touch. Staff were excellent. Room was clean and amenities adequate. We were given a room with the view of Kilimanjaro which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again. "
