Great hotel, spacious room, the staff were very pleasant and kind.
towels in the shower weren't that clean but overall the rest was clean.
Great location.
Beautiful hotel, but expensive,
Food was not so varied,
Bathroom- water running out...
Very kind stuff
View to the bay, or some Army Offices,
Amazing atmosphere due to Architecture of the Building and Neighborhood.
Very nice hotel. Staff was helpful, the room was very clean and spacious. There is a daily happy hour with a nice selection of hors d’oeuvres, wine, juice for free.
The staff at the Bay Club were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is a beautiful historic-looking hotel (both inside and out). If you're traveling with children, there is a great playground right next door with a fabulous view of the port/bay. The buffet breakfast was excellent and well worth the slightly additional charge. The happy hour was a nice touch, though we didn't partake of the wine. The room itself was clean, comfortable, modern, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the city ( a nice spot for morning espresso). Beds were firm and super comfortable! Although some things are in easy walking distance (the Bahai Gardens), you probably will appreciate the convenience of a rental car. Though there is no private parking exclusively for the hotel, the street parking is very close and the staff even helped guide us in parallel parking the (large!) rental car. Overall we highly recommend this hotel, and would be inclined to try other hotels in the Atlas series in the future based on the excellent experience we had in Haifa.
The staff are wonderfully kind and professional.
Location of the hotel within walking distance of everywhere
Excellent breakfast
Clean and cozy and intimate room
Parking (at the weekend) is adjacent to the hotel free of charge
Just one problem for us, the air conditioner has two heating or cooling options.
Some rooms with a balcony are highly recommended
Great staff and location. Really great amenities: happy hour with nice selection of food and drinks, coffee and cookies in the lobby all day. Very nice, clean, classy hotel with outstanding staff!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Room comfort
The rooms are not insulated, hear the noise of the shower and the bathrooms in the adjoining rooms as if inside your room
I will say it very clear, if you are traveling alone or as a couple, then perhaps this hotel is for you. More than two persons will be like sardines on a can. The amenities and equipment such coffee maker never works. If you are enjoying wine or food on common areas, be sure the hotel does not have a private party because you literally will be kick out. Also on Sabath don’t expect a expresso, coffee maker does not work this day ha!!
Clean, good location (500m from interesting sites in the city), parking was not a problem nearby although not in the hotel. nice building and good service. very rich breakfast, overall good stay
Beautiful place and awesome inside. Great hospitality. Comfy and nice stay. Sasha helped us by getting us 2 taxis and came all the way outside to get us inside the car and gave us umbrellas. Awesome people at the breakfast place. Overall very satisfied with this place. Will stay again in future.
Thanks.

Never take the ground floor rooms, you can hear the reception phone ringing and everything they say outside.
