This is not a 5 star property, not even close. Hotel condition is very bad, the property is in bad need of a renovation. Service is curtly at best. Breakfast is the worst hotel buffet we have ever had. Gym is smaller than a hotel room with little equipment. Location is the only positive, albeit far from all restaurants. Suggest staying somewhere else.

Lovely property in good condition. Front desk staff should be more forthcoming in answers. Specifically I asked about a late check-out that the clerk approved but the clerk did not note that I would be charged an additional 800 shekels. Breakfast buffet is substantial but of uneven quality. The quality is more important than quantity.

Front staff were very helpful in every aspect. A true 5 star hotel. Would recommend to anyone. Being diabetic, finally someone had sugar free desserts that were not just fruit. A very pleasurabe stay.

Not recommended! Stay away from this hotel!
Terrible experience. Old and dusty hotel. Overcharge for parking and poor quality breakfast. Not friendly staff and service. If you in Haifa choose a different place to stay. Try to address all of this to managers - no any results or apologies.

hotel has great location. Front desk is very slow.makes you nervous. house keeping service is fine. Restaurant has very poor service, you wait for eternity before you are being served. Furniture is in decay, it belongs to last century. Rotten. elevator noise is so scary,you are afraid to use them

היינו בבית מלון ללילה אחת השירות והנקיון טובים אבל הבית מלון מאוד ישן ולא נראה ששובץ בכלל!.. הבריכה קטנה .. הכסאות של הבריכה לא נוחות .. אין מבחר לארוחת בוקר מחממים את הביצים מליון פעם עד שהופכים לשחורים !! המחיר מאוד גבוהה לתמורה!! לא מוצדק

It was very good, some gadgets didn’t work well.T.V.,bathroom,bathroom shades etc.,.required help...solved in the end.
