"Beware the all inclusive rate and resort fee doesn’t include parking. They drop that on you when you check in! Would not stay again because of the nickel and dime fees have become excessive. You can’t charge resort fee then add parking fee upon check in"

"The overall hotel and resort was very nice. It had everything you could want in very nice surroundings. The security personnel were great and very helpful as was the maintenance staff. I had a problem with my door and they fixed it within an hour. The issue was , housekeeping.
I was there for 21 days and I had to phone on 4 or 5 occasions to have my room cleaned. The resort stated that they would clean every other day , this did not happen. my room was never hoovered and was never dusted, I...
