We had a fantastic stay at the Sanya Edition at the end of our 2 week holiday in China. The quality of the food in the restaurants was extremely high and I think that the food we ate at Xian Hai was some of the best food we have ever eaten. The spa and general hotel facilities were lovely and breakfast was fantastic.

Very nice modern hotel, can find any faults but I wouldn’t expect any for the price they charge. Sometimes the English language skill was a problem but was able to find a way round this.

The service. I’ve never understood why people fussed about service... I’m fortunate to have stayed in a lot of fine hotels and their service have always been good but nothing exceptional. This place is exceptional (I never rate full marks and rarely leave reviews). Everyone from the club check in staff to the director, Adam, made us feel so welcome, not in a “I need to do this to get a good Expedia rating” kinda way but ‘I genuinely care about my job and giving you a great experience’ way. Trust...

Family of four stayed in hotel for 11 days - we had great time. Very nice hotel -staff very helpful, convenient location in haitang sanya, rooms and facilities are very clean and comfortable, with big family rooms. My butler Bobby has been great help to us, patient and experienced. Kids club is great for family, staff well trained and great to kids. There are lots kids pools with staff looking after customers all the time, Alan has been very helpful when we were playing near the kids pool....

Very impressed by this hotel. Almost perfection. Service is first class although English language is not widely spoken. Spa, breakfast, Executive lounge, Fresh Restaurant and kids club all very high standard. Only slight disappointment is lack of really sandy beach. Thank you so much.

Starting to get a bit tired. Stayed here on 2019 but has since changed name and caters far less for western patrons in terms of restaurants within hotel

We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday at Raffles. A very stylish and luxurious break and felt like we were the only ones the the entire time. Great food and amazing service from all the staff. There are staff absolutely everywhere just waiting to help and assist you in any way you need them to. The beach and pools are ideal to relax in or swim in. The rooms are all huge and make you feel very much at home with all the creature comforts you could hope for. A truly relaxing holiday location that...
