"I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was really clean, and having free washing and drying available was a huge plus. The staff were incredible—big thanks to Jamie, Yoyo, Lyn, and Tia for being so helpful. When I lost my hotel card, they replaced it immediately. I also requested a room change in the middle of the night, and they handled it seamlessly without me needing to go to the front desk; they even sent the new keys to my door using a cute robot! "Incredible service. My girlfriend texted them an hour before we arrived that it was my birthday, and they prepared decorations and a cake on short notice. They also prepared medicine when my girlfriend was feeling sick. And the shuttle service to Wulingyuan was invaluable. Also, we only stayed for one night but the room and scenery were as good as they look in the pictures."

"7樓的櫃檯人員都非常的和善！報到寄放行李、詢問洗衣事宜、借用衣架、還有最後退房的時候還回贈了兩盒牛軋糖都非常感謝🙏對於我們提出的問題都能夠一一回答！就連晚上想要看优酷微信櫃檯都能夠立即得到回覆與幫助！真的是要給一個讚！9樓的清潔姐姐們也非常的用心！雖然住宿的幾天不好意思每天都要姐姐們幫忙清潔…，所以在最後一天遺留了很多的頭髮在地上；但是入住的時候真的感受到非常乾淨的整潔度！雖然這次住的是城景不是海景，所以沒有體驗到海景的環境，但是熱情的人際環境也是挺不錯的"
