"Only one elevator was working and it was very old and rickety. Checkout was poor. Only one staff member working during checkout hours. They set the checkout time, right? Inexcusable to keep so many people waiting."

"Our check in was later in the evening. The staff checked us in quickly. We had a super early flight so this was very convenient. Our room was on the 10th floor and directly next door to a poor screaming baby that didn’t let up all night. I own the fact that I should have probably asked to see if we could have moved location but it was already so late. We didn’t use the pool or restaurants but they looked nice and everything was really clean. Shower pressure was a little ho-hum. For early flights, this hotel is a game changer."

"I was impressed with the staff, cleanliness and the convenience to the airport. As with alot of hotels, the only complaint I had, was the pillows, they were too firm for me. I did not sleep all that well. Other than that,I would definitely stay here again."
