"Come to see the rocket launch. We had a great time. Staff was nice, rooftop bar was great, apps were good. We had a “blast”. There was a rude guest who kept calling down to the front desk because my kids were playing at 630pm. Everyone was in bed by 845 watching a movie and she continued to call down to the front desk. Then the woman had the audacity to knock on our door at 8am asking us if we were leaving bc we were too loud. We have never had issues like this before. She was out of her mind...

"We stayed here overnight to visit the KSC the next day and check in was easy. The breakfast was varied and absolutely delicious, especially for an included breakfast. It was nice that it was offered for an extended time on a weekend. Our room was spotless and seemed to be recently renovated. "We wanted to stay somewhere close to Epic Universe as this was our first visit to the park. The biggest perks for us for our hotel stay was location and a pool. I knew there was a lot of amenities at this particular hotel, I kind of skimmed over everything and was pleased with what I saw. As soon as we drove through the front gate, everything was beyond perfect. We were immediately greeted by the valet staff who got us a luggage cart. "The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. Bathroom, fixtures and lamps were dirty and dated. It was noisy and we could smell others smoke and weed through the vents. Coffee was terrible. 😬 Stay was ok."

"We stayed on the 3rd floor, there was a family that checked in a few hours after us. There was stumbling, running and jumping around. The noise was so horrendous that I called the front desk to complain twice. Then after they settled down after over two hours of continuous noise. It started back up at 5am. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"Everything was great. From the staff letting us know we could check in early, bottles of water and willing to answer all our questions. Room was clean and quite roomy, outside was very relaxing and shuttle service was prompt. We will definitely be back again on our next vacation"

"Great for airport travel. Comfy beds, free parking, and a convenient 24-hour shuttle. Only downside is the on-site restaurant is limited to breakfast and dinner, but there are plenty of walkable options nearby, including a Hooters right behind the hotel. Overall, easy and comfortable stay."

"You can tell the hotel was new. It was very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and polite. Bar area had good food during happy hour and drinks were good. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Rooms were a nice size. "

"The hotel was great, and everything was perfect up until we took showers just before departure. Our room's shower head (room 321) produced nothing but a trickle, regardless of what setting we put the shower head on. I did ask about this at checkout, and assumed it was just a problem with that specific room, because if it was the same in every room many many guests would have complained. Hopefully, the maintenance staff checked it after our report to the front desk and fixed the issue."
