"Everything you need from an airport hotel! The TV/DirecTV gave us some problems but the room was very comfortable and clean. Airport shuttle is available and you can leave your car here for a lower rate than at the airport. There is complimentary continental breakfast. Staff is very helpful especially Shevon! She made our day. We’ll be back!"

"Had problems with the reservation, called so many times and theh never answered. Expedia themselves called and theh didn't answer either. It no longer a Wyndham hotel so it a misleading listing dont stay there. "

"When we checked in, the staff were unconcerned at best, rude at worst. Like they couldn’t be bothered. Then, we were in a room on the 4th and when we went to the elevator, one side was “Out of Order”- more on this later- and we got on the elevator and it trapped us between the 2nd and 3rd floor. It emergency braked us back down the first floor after we were trapped for like 5 minutes. We got off the elevator and I went to the front desk and they said because I booked with a third party they wouldn’t cancel it even though we had a legit safety concern. The manager put us on the first floor- which was ok!- except we went in the room and the smell was ungodly. We made do because we were only staying one night but it was rough. We later found out that a couple of guests had gotten stuck in the “Out of Order” elevator for 45 minutes. The breakfast was good and hot but normal. "

"While the staff was nice and the room reasonably clean(paper thin comforter has greyish stains) this hotel needs major renovations, it's quite old, don't know when it will actually convert to a Ramada. When we tried calling them before and during our stay with basic questions, their voicemail was Always full, not a good sign. One of the water slides wasn't working, the waters were ice cold, thought it was all heated. Our room smelled like smoke and weed, maybe it radiated from other rooms? though the hotel shows a very strict non-smoking policy? Outside it all also smelled like weed, we saw several shady people around the parking lot, didn't see security. Heard breakfast was bad, so didn't even bother. With kids, felt unsafe, I'd run from this place should be like a $60 nightly stay. Definitely wouldn't Recommend."

"The hotel is quite interesting, comfortable in many ways, but it’s an older building and the carpet along the walkway wasn’t very pleasant. Unfortunately, the bathroom was also not clean. That said, the staff were very good, plus it has a nice bus shuttle that came to pick us at the airport and I would recommend the hotel mainly because of its close proximity to the airport. Overall, it has both strengths and weaknesses, so I would recommend it in some cases, but not in others."
