"Worst experience I have had in my entire life. I am a Hospitality by profession and have never had Such an Experience before. I had a GUARANTEED booking by Hotel.com. I arrived to the Hotel at around 2330 with my wife and 3 kids to find that I had no reservation. The Hotel is located between mountains, no city around and not even road lights. "Stunning building, friendly staff. Great room with private balcony with view of the mountains. The bathroom room was spacious and the shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast was extensive and had lovely different options. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We checked in pretty late, but managed to be in our room quickly. We parked our bicycles in fron under an umbrella. The room was clean, you could hear some noise from nextdoor but it quiet down after 11pm. The guy at the reception was very nice, helped us with our bags"

"This was a great place to stay. My room was clean and modern and I had a view of the mosque from my enclosed balcony. If you are arriving by bus, it is a two minute walk on a paved sidewalk to get to the hotel. The lake is a five minute walk where there are all kinds of shops and dining options. There are a couple of small markets on the walk back to the hotel from the lake. The only downsides were there was no fridge in the room and no AC. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again."
