"Not once during our 2 week stay was our room clean in the first 8 days, I had to go and request a clean also day after day going to reception to ask for toilet paper and it seemed like it was an issue yet they never came to the room to top it up or give us fresh towels, 8 days with no bed change either, very poor service and the reception staff are very dry and do not want to help. "Did a solo overnight stay to capture the sunset at Long Jetty and the sunrise at Crackneck Lookout and the location is well located to access both by car within 15min.
The rooms are dated, but clean. I stayed in the one bedroom loft and it had everything I needed for the night and more. Kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, washing machine and dryer, balcony, shower.
Getting the ocean view room is a must, the views are absolutely amazing.

"The stay got off to a very poor start. The advertisement instructed guests to contact the property to receive a door access code. When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions.
