"The hotel smelled of air fresheners and the pool was nearly the size of a hot tub. The location was good, but the parking situation was pay by the day. The hard-surface flooring in the room helped increase our liking of the hotel; the strong air freshener smell was a negative, especially for people sensitive to it."

Everything you needed was less than a ten minute drive away. If I would give a con about the place would be that the water pressure was low and the water could have been hotter otherwise it was a great stay."

"Liked the shuttle to the airport. Room and bathroom were large and cleaned, but easy chair in room was stained and fabric covering had split so stuffing was coming out. Carpet was stained in places. Water stain on bathroom wall had been painted over, but not sanded out, so paint was flaking over the protuberance."

"Just about everything went wrong. From a problem with the reservation to a toilet that did not flush and an initial room assignment for a room that had not been cleaned."

"The manager was very attentive as a trainee was checking me in. She made sure that everything was right and also gave me very late check out so that I could enjoy all the amenities."

"Let me 1st say I really love this hotel and the staff! My family and I have stayed here for the last 3 years in June for a family gathering (cookout) at the hotel as they have a nice grill and patio area. Here is where things go left during our stay the elevators kept going out! At one point I was forced to carry all my stuff up 3 flights of stairs aling with my other family members. It was grueling! Even the next day when my 90 year dad went down for breakfast he couldn't brave the stairs...

"Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort."

"Large clean room with entire kitchen: stove, dishwasher, microwave, big refridgerator. Very helpful staff and free shuttle to and from airport. Loved the pool and fitness center."
