"Great location to airport, new facility, clean rooms. Room was missing hair dryer and the temp was either hot or cold without much in-between temp."

"The hotel looks like the photos, but it is noticeably old and worn down. The entrance smelled like sewage, and the building had a musty odor. The elevator is very old and makes concerning noises, and there was hair in the shower area when we arrived. The breakfast options were very limited; however, the food was tasty. Overall, the property needs updates and better maintenance."

"I am 56 years old and traveled most of my adult life. I have two children, 9 and 7, and my wife who is 50. We drove 12.5 hours from Richmond to Jacksonville, just to stay overnight and on to Tampa. We arrived and I was assigned the wrong room we had 5 people, which I booked for, and they gave me a room for 4. I was told I would have to pay a 50 dollar upcharge. I discussed with the front desk person that I had booked a room for 5, and she told me the code was wrong and it was Expedia's...

"The hotel was very clean and they had breakfast every morning. The staff was very nice. The room was very large and spacious. They had a pool and a very large jacuzzi. It was very quiet and right on the other side of interstate 95 there was every restaurant and store you could imagine. Everything is right there near the airport. About 25 miles to Amelia Island. About 30 minutes to Jacksonville Beach and pier."

"Older property, staff friendly and helpful. Just a little ragged around the edges. I had to leave too early to judge the breakfast but a big plus is the airport shuttle runs 24 hours."
