"Pro: We had a 1 bedroom suite which was very clean and looked new. We were in town for a World Cup Game so location to stadium was perfect. Breakfast was sufficient enough with choices. There was a shuttle to the stadium that picks you up from the hotel -$12.50/person one way. We did round trip and it was perfect. Some shuttle services were charging $100/person. It got us to/from the stadium within 15 minutes. I didn't know about this service until front desk told me about it- more on that below.
Con: The wi-fi service barely worked which is a big con when you are trying to work. Although our shuttle plan worked out, the hotel originally advertised that they were providing a FREE shuttle to the World Cup game. I even called to confirm TWICE that was an option. When we got there, I was told they were no longer doing it and no one informed me ahead of time. This was literally the deciding factor to book here instead of the other hotels close by that had pools, better location,amenities,etc.. Of course, that was infuriating. An email, phone call,etc. ahead of time would have been helpful. They were advertising the $90-100/per person shuttle. Luckily, the attendant told us about the stadium shuttle which was more cost effective for a family."
