"The staff was wonderful and very attentive. The house and our room was pristine. The shower is a must to experience and the floors are heated! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

"The rooms were clean and each overlooks the Elizabeth River towards Norfolk's waterside which was beautiful at night. The restaurant food was delicious and all staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel isn't in an area where there weren't any undesirable folks hanging around si it felt very safe to walk around at night."
