"In between ski season and summer season catering for bus tours and us. Bar and restaurant closed. Electronic check in so no human to ask questions. A little out of town but we enjoyed the walk. Cleaners tried to help with our questions and the breakfast staff apologized for the chaos left by the bus tour. I don’t recall their website mentioning that there would be no check in staff between April and June."

"A great stay on my trip as a middle crossing point in Geilo, en route to Oslo from Bergen; it is within close walking distance from restaurants/shops, the information centre and of course the train station - as well as both having a restaurant/drinks counter (including tea and Starbucks coffee selections) and a nice swimming pool/jacuzzi/sauna in their building to access was also great for my short stay! Plus the staff were very nice and helpful when it came to check in/check out and drink...

"Pent hotell med mye sjarm og hyggelig eier. De dagene vi var der var det gode tradisjonelle middager med en fisk og en kjøttvariant. Pene omgivilser og milevis med langrennsspor. Muligheter for randoné om man er villig å gå litt."
