"Great little "getaway" spot. Perfect location, clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that they don't offer the breakfast bar in the off-season, but that's not a deal breaker. I'll be back soon!"

"There was a strange smell in the desk lobby. The listing doesn't explicitly say outdoor room access, which is definitely lost on the "Studio 6" name. Its Motel 6 but a different building. The towels were yeloow, which mase my son and I not want to shower. The water was stinky, the toilet bowl and shower had brown stains. There was a bug flying around our room that I had to kill. All in all, not the most comfortable stay, but when stuck to choose between this room and an active blizzard, the room...

"The room had a dead bug on the floor in the bathroom and killed a few during the night. The smoke alarm was beeping. Management told me to take it down. They would try to get someone in to get down if i couldn't. I was so very tired after a long drive, i couldn't wait for someone to come. So I took ot down myself. Being 5foot 1 it was really hard thing to do. "

"Room “looked clean”, but once you’ve walked in you’re hit with a wet carpet smell that doesn’t go away. Bed and sheets didn’t have a bad smell. Shower had visible brown water stains almost like the water was not good to use. Did not use shower. Slept a couple hrs and left."

The staff was extremely friendly, especially the front desk team who made check-in fast and easy. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and stores. Breakfast was also really good with plenty of options. I felt safe and relaxed the whole time. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my two-nights stay at Charlotte Hotel. The property is charming and in excellent condition. The breakfast I ate in the on-site restaurant was delicious. The location is conveniently located within walking of restaurants, cafe, pub and a community theater. I would definitely stay here again."
