"Esthetically a cute place. The staff s very friendly at reception and at the restaurant. The room was very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The layout of the place is disappointing though, the restaurant and pool are at the front of the resort so you totally miss the ocean view and breeze if you stay there. The beach area is not very well maintained and there is no food service there. I ended up paying to use the pool next door because it was designed well. They...

"My superior sapa room was lovely, clean, and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, great shower and the decor all very tropical. Staff were excellent- helpful, attentive, friendly and spoke English. Restaurant had a full menu with both western and Vietnamese options to suit everyone. Breakfast is included and again has lots of options. The resort is beautiful and kept impeccably clean.
