"Beautiful property with helpful and attentive staff. The hotel grounds were well kept and we even found some great walking paths (in both directions) from the beach. The beach itself is a little rocky but but very beautiful to snorkel from and we saw such beautiful fish and many sea turtles! We also appreciated the well stocked market for coffee, snacks and gifty items. We did not use the spa, but it smelled wonderful on our way to the gym. The Goop store is an excellent touch and the hotel...

"We had three issues with our stay: The Outrigger is adding a Dukes restaurant -so there was lots of construction noise and debris. Would have been nice if this was disclosed. The Outrigger’s real name is the Outrigger Resort and Spa - but there was no Spa. Just a hotel room that was converted to a Spa. That is not that the same as a real Spa. Would have been nice is this was disclosed. The air conditioner stopped working on two of our four nights - so it was uncomfortably warm those nights. ...

"The property was great, but the Ocean Tower has a later check in and earlier check out time comparatively to the rest of the property. Additionally, we were charged $150 in additional resort fees for a single night stay (instead of the $50 that was quoted by Expedia to be paid on the property.)"

"It’s a nice hotel to stay at with family but highly recommend having a rental since everything is pretty far away from it."
