"Had the time of our lives. Staff was amazing they had lost our keys to our rental, and the managers made sure they made it right for us. Took care of our valet and resort fees and gave us a cabana. They were amazing "

"I haven’t been here in a while, glad I booked the stay. Somethings have changed, it seems a more casual vibe than in the past. Staff was friendly, the property was beautiful. My only concern would be the one tram available and the early closure of restaurants and bars by the pool. Other than that it was a lovely staycation."

"This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Understated and tasteful elegance. Fantastic rooms with amazing balconies, world class beach, impeccable service, excellent grounds, fine dining at Manta, but also a beachfront casual bar/restaurant, and Copper Bar in between and our favorite. They have an Asian Art Collection worthy of a museum. This was out of our usual price range, a big splurge, and worth every penny. We are already trying to figure out how to swing it to go back next winter. "
