Clean rooms, lovely and comfortable lobby, 24 hours you may drink tea and coffee at the lobby. You may cook at your room, there are pots pans. Location is perfect, 3 min walk to metro station and you may also walk to anywhere you like. There is a delicious burger place just 2 min walk. Staff were so kind and cheerful. We loved this hotel

When we arrived the staff was just great. With great sense og humor and very helpfull. Of cause it helped that we got an upgrade, but anyway we would have been very happy. That is also due to the ability to park in the cellar, and of cause the very, very central position. It took less than 10 minutes to get to the central Rathaus. We startede planning goint back to Citadines while we where there. The next time with our grown up kids. (where we of cause pay for them...)

Great hotel - recommended

The staff are very nice and helpful. There is a coffee machine available 24 hours a day. The rooms are large, good standard. Good cleaning. There is a gym available. 3 washing machines and 3 dryers available. This is a very good hotel.

The stay was comfortable with easy access to transportation and dining. We opted for connecting rooms for our children and we got twin beds rather than a double bed for us and single beds for our kids. Otherwise the hotel met all our needs.

The room was comfortable, the breakfasts varied and delicious. We hired hotel bikes for 24 hours for €14 each. All staff (except one man) were friendly and helpful. It was next to lovely St Michaelis church and walking distance to centre and docks. I would recommend this hotel.
