Great location

Stayed for 4 nights, hotel location great for walking everywhere and main railway station. Hot drinks available free 24 hours a day and a central place to sit and chat with board games available and alcohol if you required it. Rooms were fine but wanted a 2nd pillow and none available.

It was okay breakfast for reasonable price. You can park your car there for around 22eur. per day. But in general it was bad experience. Rooms are super super SUPER dirty!!

The hotel was great — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and respectful. The only issue was on the first day when, instead of speaking to me in English, they showed my personal information to a friend who was with me, just because I didn’t speak German. They later apologized after I raised the concern, but it showed a lack of proper privacy policy. I didn’t try the breakfast or food, so I can’t comment on that. The location was excellent — close to the main train station and bus station, with easy access to everything.

Budget hotel chain on edge of Hamburg city centre. Absolutely perfect considering the price we paid, and the underfloor heating couldn't be faulted! (Also unexpected!) Great value for money considering location (10min walk to Steinstraße UBahn) and directly by the Number 3 bus which is every 10mins. Definitely recommended for anyone travelling on a budget.
