Very nice Hotel

Very nice Hotel with good rooms, nice bar super breakfast and excellent service from the staff :-) and we played the golf cause which was a challenging course - especially C course. We will Absolutely come back

The hotel and reception was nice overall, But the hotel is not cost worth hotel. Such a huge park place for cars but still ypu charge the people stay at yr hotel a parking fee, which is very much interesting. beds were definetely not the comfort and the housekeeping never the refreshed the vanity set and the teas of the room. Pool area needs to be maintained. Overall it was fine but does not worth that much. Mind yr budget.

They sell what they do not have

We arrived late, super friendly check in, went down for some drinks, and the bartenders were very good, and the bar was nice. The room was also nice. But they tell they have a pool, unfortunately something had broken down, so the water was freezing cold. And the saunas are not on either in the morning. When we told the reception, we were meet with a “yes we know, it will be repaired next week”. If nothing else they could inform their guests somehow, and not wait for us to find out in our swimsuits. Breakfast was ok.

We were given a warm welcome by everyone we met at the hotel, the service was excellent, the hotel facilities were very impressive and kept in immaculate condition, our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Thank you for a very enjoyable week.

Zum Frühstück gab es keine Tageszeitung-ich musste einige km fahren um an ein Hamburger Abendblatt zu kommen. Für ein Hotel, in dem viele Businessleute übernachten, ist das für mich völlig unverständlich! Ich musste meinen Aufenthalt in HH verlängern und habe deshalb das Hotel gewechselt!

Vom beginn der Reise ist das Hotel negativ aufgefallen. Die Rezeption ist unfreundlich, ein Hallo kommt nur schwer über die Lippen. Infos bekommt man auch nicht und muss nur nachfragen. Kommunikation ist in jeder Abteilung schwierig. Bar Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Hier wird erst nach 1 1/2h gefragt ob man was trinken mochte. Wir waren aufgrund eines begünstigten da und wurden vom Hotel auf ein Glas Sekt eingeladen. Die Bar wollte aber gerne 2h früher Feierabend machen und uns daher die Gläser aufs Zimmer bringen. Im Nachhinein sollten wir dafür 63€ zahle und das wird immer so verkauft heiß es. Der Wellnessbereich ist alt und dreckig. Das Wasser kalt und verdreckt. Im Hotel sowie auf den Zimmer lagert sich der Staub. Das einzigste lobenswerte ist das Frühstück und das super Personal da. Alles andere war ein Fehler und wir haben noch nie so bereit ein Hotel gebucht zu haben.
