"We have been going up to Lake Arrowhead for over 10 years, we always stay at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa . . . it is showing its age and is not being attended to. Being in construction we notice the neglect, peeling paint, broken concrete, broken and torn screens, non-working amenities. Cheap fixes to cover an issue. It's sad, as this was always a special trip for us and we pay a lot of money to stay there. Next year we will have to look at other locations."

"Property is run down and in need of repair! There is no s staff on site to assist with check-in or any issues with the property. Very small unit, not suitable for my family of three , my son is 16. The description stated the unit was suitable for sleeping up to four people with bunk beds which were very small. The unit itself looked clean and newly renovated with fresh paint and flooring. However, this unit was meant for two people, or people traveling with a small child under the age of 10."

We got to the motel around 7pm to check in and the room wasn't ready because the cleaner called out and could not be reached. The man at the front desk cleaned our room for us after we asked him to because we didn't have another place to book since it was so late. "This is my first experience with Motel 6. It will be my last. “Adult” activities occurring in the parking lot. Leftover condoms remained. A car in the parking lot that appeared to have become someone’s residence. Front desk personnel was fine. Passed by rooms that were being cleaned in a manner that appeared appropriate. "The rooms are newly renovated and extremely reasonably priced. Large screen TV, WiFi, tiny fridge, no microwave in the room, but they have one in the lobby for guest use.
