Checkin seemed to take way longer than it should have for a pre-paid room, still had to do a deposit separate from the payment, had I known that I would have just paid once at the hotel. printer at front desk was not working, neither was pin pad in the restaurant - maybe hire an it guy to speed up ...

Waterfront Hotel Downtown Burlington
Could be cleaner with stains on carpet, shower curtain and toothpaste stains around washroom mirror. Fitness room was very warm and cramped. Free breakfast was terrible serving premade eggs, pancakes.
