"The idea of turning an old Riad to a hotel is a nice one. Beautiful architecture but the beds, the bath room, the doors into the rooms, the furniture they all need upgrades. "This is a very new renovation of an existing building resulting in a spacious suite including large bedroom, kitchenette and bath. Our room had a patio with seating opening to the inner courtyard. "Incredible amenities and staff. From the minute I got out of the car, the staff greeted me and took my suitcase. I felt immediately welcomed. The room was in great condition and it was exactly like the pictures. Another pro was that the hotel had its own spa and it was the best one I’ve been to in Tunisia. Dar Dorra is connected to El Jeld so you get to use the same amenities."
