"Very nice location and place overall. Cleaning did a superb job maintaining our room and going the extra mile to make us enjoy our stay. Naturally, we tipped her handsomely😊.
One are of improvement is the reception folks needing to be more accommodating. Every request we made was turned down with a phony smile. We requested an iron; we were told to use the laundry services. We requested an extra towel to use the pool, they said to wait until the next day! They made me pay 15 TND to get a bottle...
