Mugs and cups not provided for 3rd resident. When we asked, a dirty mug was delivered. There was a spark from the socket when we tried to charge our device. They ran out of slippers. Breakfast was bland. Room service was poor with uncooked potato chips, bland food and garlic skin in the pasta. Spa masseuse refused to deliver a massage despite us paying for it. Poor quality toilet paper. Only one room key given initially. It took a lot of complaining and escalating for them to change our rooms. "
