"The ,toilet didn't work properly. There was hair on the shower walls from the last guest that I had to rinse away. The HVAC unit was abundantly noisy. Bed was comfortable but I got a terrible nights sleep. Soap bar was the size of a half dollar. You couldn't get any lather on my wash cloth. All in all, not what I expected."

The only issue we had was the seat in the shower was not securely attached to the wall in the accessible shower. My son was able to stop himself from falling and getting hurt.
