The hotel was very clean, with a pleasant environment and fresh air. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. My husband and son went down for breakfast first, while my daughter and I came down a little later. My husband even called me and told me to hurry because he was worried that the food might run out. But when we arrived, the staff were still continuously making fresh sausages, eggs, and homemade fries. We really appreciated the fresh food and excellent service!

The building over all is newer and in good condition. The room was clean and tidy. Stayed in room 231. A/C worked well but its loud each time it kicked on. Better to be cool than hot. Note : This room is below the laundry facilities above. The staff arrived and started working at 4:30am. Ugh. The room may be offered as Hammondsport, but its actually about 1 mile from main street (where all of the quaint shops, good restaurant's and small home town vibe). You can walk to this area in 20 minutes.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it is still excellent. The parking is free and they even have an ev charger for our electric car! Breakfast is included and it is a very hearty meal. The only negative is the coffee and creamer. I didn’t care for it. The room is a nice size and has some nice amenities- mirrors, shelving for toiletries, a desk, microwave, fridge, and plenty of outlets!

Hotel was great and the staff went above and beyond for us when we were guests. I would like to give Terry a shout out on particular because he was the guy we bothered the most,but everyone was fantastic. If you are visiting Hammondsport, I highly recommend you stay at the Best Western!!

The place was very clean and modern. The staff was very helpful. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good too! Great value for price. The only thing I did not like was that the room was not very sound proof and we had noisy neighbors in the next room.
