"This property was poorly maintained. The staff was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Most guests there were transients using the hotel as their temporary home."

"Staff at front desk were great. Hotel clean. Only issue was wirh breakfast that we paid for, it was a good, however the staff that morning could have been more attentive it was a full house with a girls hockey team when we arived for breakfast at 830am they were out of alot of the food and not able to replace it quickly and had issues with getting our coffee brought to us. "

"This was the perfect place for a family vacation and a mini honeymoon for my husband and I. "

"There was absolutely no staff working the front desk. Check-in was via a kiosk computer screen and the person was difficult to understand; however, she was very nice. There were hairs in the shower and NO hot water when showering. The batteries for the tv remote were dead and since there wasn’t anyone working at the front desk, I had to go buy some replacement ones. Also, it was not as quiet as I would have liked it to be. Finally, believe it or not, but the housekeeping personnel the next morning were very friendly. "

"The policy to pay $15 per day to park your car in oversized parking lot in the middle of some vast emptiness seems like an extortion. You can't walk to the hotel so you have no choice but to drive. I pay less money to park in the city. This event has caused me too reconsider booking with Marriott again. The sliding closet door fell off the rail and there was a little mold on the shower curtain."
