"Parking was spacious. All the Yorktown attractions were very close. The staff were attentive ."

"Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better ."

"Had fleas in the room. (My wife got mad leaf early. Didn't even want to eat breakfast. Got bit on the back of my neck and arm. Got up in the morning they were in the tub and on the wash clothes that we had used. I killed a few. And put them in a plastic bag. An took them to the front. Spoke to a young lady at the front desk. And told her about the situation. No manger came to speak to me at all . Have not heard from them yet. And the young lady said that they would call."

"Glad only stayed one night. Pics are deceiving. Bed sheets had holes in them. Tears in the chairs. No night stands. Bathroom door had holes in them. Will not stay there again. Not the hotels fault on this but.. Had a disturbance that had 3 cop cars show up in the parking lot to calm down a irrate woman."

"I have never booked a room and only shown up for it to be canceled. The hotel blamed Expedia, and Expedia blamed the hotel. You both left me to fend for myself. I was a traumatic experience after 9 hours of driving. I hope I do NOT have a charge on my card since I keep getting surveys."

"I had a very good experience. Here we ran into one problem where the toilet in our room some kind of way went out, and they immediately fixed it and put us in a different room no hassle whatsoever very friendly staff in the property was well kept we enjoyed all of the amenities the pool, & breakfast."

"The room was clean and most of the staff was very nice. It was a little noisy but sometimes you just have that in a busy hotel on a holiday weekend. They charged an refundable $100 fee for incidentals. Haven't received my refund yet. Hopefully this week."

"The area was ok. Check in and check out was fast and smooth. Rooms could've been cleaner. Bed and pillows uncomfortable, but we just needed to sleep and booked here. Parking was great, basically right at each door. No breakfast, but close to some restaurants. "

"A/C was loud, always kicking on and off, curtains will not fully close so light was always coming into the room, Staff was helpful, but was never found, you have to call the office number to get a hold of them because they are also managing and cleaning the Red Roof Inn. Ice machine was not working on 4th floor, Parking was ok, no issues, Breakfast is not the best. No eggs,, they just give you the basics. Carpet was dirty. Coffee wasn’t the best. It was warm not hot.
