"Very reasonable priced for a Malmaison and right opposite the station which is just as well because there's no hotel parking provided and you can't even stop outside the hotel to drop people off. Be careful when crossing the road due to the endless convoy of buses coming round the one way system. The room had very effective air con which was just as well because it was the hottest of days. The room had a fridge in the wardrobe which was a life saver for drinks which you can buy from the Sainsburys Local directly opposite the hotel entrance. The room was clean and everything worked so very happy overall."

"Our stay was good. Staff are really helpful, they just smile to you especially the ones working in the kitchen. The cleanliness, good, especially in the activities areas. The swimming pool, sauna, and the toilets are well-maintained. The food we ordered for lunch was tasty, the ribs and brisket, unfortunately they serve it warm. It's like, just reheat from the microwave for few seconds. But it was okay. We like the taste. The one I love the most despite imperfection, is the coffee. They serve Starbucks. Also, coffee in breakfast is good beans. 😊 Overall, just 4star."
