"The staff was polite, accommodating and the location was good. They had bonfire and karaoke every night. The food was goof particularly malai kofta and butter chicken. The breakfast spread was okayish. Will recommend."

"A property with excellent view and very helpful staffs. Room sizees are good. comfy beds. Good food. Breakfast options are good. There is small but well maintained lawn, sufficient free parking area. The lane from the main rd is narrow and not well sign-posted. I would not consider this as a resort as there are no resort type featute.. A nice hotel with comfortable stay"

"The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Hidimba Temple, Old Manali, and Mall Road, making it easy to explore the area on foot. I also really enjoyed the food served at the hotel’s restaurant, it was delicious and one of the highlights of my stay. Overall, a comfortable stay with a convenient location and great food."

"Pros: Good location, nice staff, cheap. Cons: noisy during night, both from neighbouring hospital and other guests (doors are not adequate). Food, kadai chicken was just a lot of chicken bones. All on all, an OK stay for that prize."

"So the stay was good and comfortable and all the basic amenities were there, but when it comes to food it is very costly..normal ginger tea cost was 150rs/ for single cup,I understand hotel is situated on high altitude but the food prices were very high also you can not get taxis easily from outside of the hotel untill you have booked it from there travel desk or you have your own vehicle…rest all was good"

"The staff were v polite and helpful. Mr Jugnoo in the restaurant and Mr Santosh at the bar on the 4th floor were specially very supportive and made it lively and enjoyable to us"

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay, especially Rahul, who made sure everything was perfect for us. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, making the experience even better. And the jacuzzi was truly the cherry on top! It added a touch of...

"Room was very small, central AC eas not put on. Didnt had hot water coming in at 6am in the morning. All together even while paying approx 8k per night, experience was not at all good"

"On mall road, easy to reach, family friendly, neat and clean property."
