The room was honestly quite small, but it was clean, and both the air-conditioning and Wi-Fi worked very well.
The staff’s attitude varied depending on the person. The first person we met always greeted us warmly and offered help whenever needed, which we really appreciated.
However, others didn’t seem very attentive — even when we passed by in the morning, they stayed focused on their computers or phones, and we had to greet them first. It made us feel a bit hesitant to ask for assistance.
Because our room was small, we often relaxed with tea in the common area next to the lobby. But on two of the days during our stay, it closed at 5 p.m., which was a bit inconvenient.
It would be great if the lobby area could remain open even when no staff are on duty.
