"I had a bad experience at this hotel had a hole in the door with any kind of insect a rodent could come in. I had to sleep with a chair by the door and a towel. When I ask, can I change the room they proceeded to say that I had to pay extra $30. I wish I could get all of my money back because I felt it was a and when I woke up, I was sleep deprived because I was up all night scared that something was gonna come under the door.
