Hotel murah di Hanna City

"My daughter and I came for the pool area the hot tub was completely closed off and not working and the pool was not very clean the water was so cloudy you could not even see the bottom of the pool. There were no pool towels on the first day we had to ask a couple times up front and the next day there were a few in the morning. When we checked in at 3:15 most of the rooms were not cleaned because they said housekeeping was running behind"

"Pool & hot tub were out of service. Breakfast was average. We booked through a third party so we’re placed at the end of the hall 2nd floor & heard a pipe/water noise throughout the night. "

"The location was not at all like the pictures. We opted not to stay after we had checked in. We were out the cost of the room but for my family’s comfort and safety we decided to stay at an alternate location as it was not at all what we thought it would be. "

"Bedding was so comfortable. Room was quiet. Nice selection for breakfast and the food was good."

"We had a great stay! We were always greeted and helped with friendly staff. The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was perfect with warm water and supplied with fresh towels. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options for a very quick meal like cereal, toast, or yogurt. If you’re looking for a decent “hot” breakfast you won’t find it here. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would stay again!"

"Lighting in half the room didn’t work. Coffee wasn’t available until breakfast started. Staff was nice. Parking easy. Some stains on the towels"

"One night two rooms, one tv remote did not work. Ac/heat temp panel was hard to read numbers. Bathroom light switch turned on fan too, not separate. One room had a bathroom light out. Beds were comfortable, they said they could open breakfast room a few minutes early if we wanted. Nice check in person. "

"I booked at this property but had to cancel due to an emergency and they would not let me cancel. The property could not be contacted to even let them know what was going on. Do not stay at this hotel. A SCAM."

"Great service since the moment I walked in. The room was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The monthly you walk through the doors you already know you will be having a great stay and experience."

"When I arrived the staff told me my booking did not sync through Expedia and I’d have to call Expedia for a refund. Expedia tried to resolve things and the hotel gave me a room with the remote missing to the A/C. The staff gave me a spare remote that wasn’t the same brand as the A/C and didn’t work. I couldn’t open the door because it was swollen shut. When I finally got in, it was so humid and I took a look around and opened my window to be staring at a bunch of people in the indoor pool."

"Room was clean the staff nice the property is dated and needs a lot of cleaning up their phone system didn't even work"

"Room was too hot at arrival- had to call Maintenance. Temp fluctuated. Restaurant was convenient, good food but slow service. Prepaid for breakfast- could have been good but no entrees available- staff said someone had called in sick and they “were doing the best they can.” Still beat typical continental type breakfast of most hotels. Clean room, comfortable. Good location. Not sure if I would stay here again."

"Everything about our stay was great. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of dishes. The pool was always clean and stocked with lots of towels. The cleaning staff did an amazing job. Every time I walked through the lobby or onto the elevator, it smelled and looked freshly cleaned. "

Always something seemed to be missing or out - internet, regular milk, ice cream, printer not working in the business center, no carts or assistance with check-in; confusing entrance location, had to change rooms upon check-in - not as advertised on web; did not shovel snow on front walk - safety issue. Very different experience than our wedding night and reception 50 years ago."
