"The hotel was good and the common areas were clean. The hall carpets had just been cleaned. The rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms are a little small. Nothing to complain about. The pool is large, the restaurant is nice and the location is good. My only complaint is that though our room was clean it smelled like a dog had been there before us. I know that is tough for the hotel, not much they can do. They had definitely cleaned the room but I do wish hotels had designated pet friendly rooms."

"I stayed for 3 nights as my son had surgery on his leg and needed help. They upgraded me to a suite at last minute ,that had pull out bed.No additional charge. They came and opened bed and got it ready. Customer service was amazing. The cleanliness of the floors not so great,could have been better. However, beds were clean and no sign of roaches. Fridge clean etc. It did it's job for what I needed."

"The first room we got was so nasty and I'm guessing hadn't been cleaned and broken glass in the stand where the Bible was located along with dirty socks and trash behind the tv. They did change our room but the mini fridge had 2 bars of soap helping hold it up."

"Filthy, nasty staff, dangerous atmosphere, didn’t even stay because my daughter and I were in danger, staff didn’t care, drug dealers around and couldn’t lock my door from the inside after they this was the 3rd room they offered me. The refused a refund and keep dodging my calls and when hotels.com tried to reach them they said the manager wasn’t available and I need to call myself."
