We arrived quite late. I asked about an extra bed for our 1 year old and the girl behind the counter was so nice and helpful (though they were understaffed and the cleaning service wasn’t working at that time of the day).

So-so

A/c was broken, room was sweltering. Fortunately the windows opened. Receptionist got quite cross when we had to chase him for more pillows for the bed, which was a bit of a shock. The pool was freezing but it was very hot so it was quite refreshing. We didn't have breakfast but a Caesar's salad that we ordered for lunch bore little relation to Caesar's salad as you might know it - limp green lettuce leaves and swamped in dressing. Not a great location unless you need to be at or near the hospital. Some great options for restaurants about a half hour walk away. Not terrible but not good enough.

Nice breakfast facilities, special thanks to Frau Gaza-Kolthoum for helping us with queries about breakfast. Pool is nice though would be nicer if a different outdoor space was used for smoking

Clean, kind staff - we arrived two hours before check-in and they fixed a room for us, nice breakfast, noiseless aircondition and a great pool. Only downside was the area, which was kind of boring, but if you just need a quick stay, a dip In the pool and a nice bed for the evening, this is perfect!

Good value for the money

Ok for a night

Hotel was ok for a sleepover while travelling. Pool was not ggod for kids as it was 1 level everywhere. Not too bad at all for 1 night stay. Parking a bit expensive.

Excellent stay with just one minor drawback

Excellent overnight stay for our family of four. Only minor setback was that the mounted bottle of bodywash in the shower was completely empty. Not anything that will impact our overall assessment of the hotel though.

Rude staff!

Bad English among the staff, rude first impression when entering and greated at arrival. The service in the restaurant was probably the worst we have experienced ever. Super rude waitor, rolled his eyes to our food order for our kids, he rolled them again when they were playing and having fun (stuff kids do) raised his voice when we only ordered water to drink. We will Never stay there again!

Waren zur Neugestaltung des Hotel da. Zimmer nicht wie abgebildet und Badezimmer war eher wie das eines Seniorenheim. Fitnessraum klein aber ausreichend. Rabatt wurde trotz der Mitgliedschaft nicht abgebucht. Personal war sehr nett.

Das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr lecker. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Betten sind bequem. Das einzige, was ich verbessern würde, wäre die Helligkeit im Zimmer, es ist etwas dunkel. Deckenleuchten wären toll gewesen.
