This hotel is an exceptional value. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and quite good. And the staff was most courteous and helpful with directions, travel logistics and knowledge of Hanoi's districts of interest. Highly recommended.

Had a good stay in 22land during my short New Year vacation. Glad to see the fireworks at my balcony! The area is very convenient and near to some famous food shops, Cathedral, lake and many souvenir shops. The room is quite small but clean. The toilet/bath do not have a partition, complete accessories like hot water, bidet, toothbrush/toothpaste, comb, etc & hair dryer. The breakfast is with limited selection but decent and i would like to highlight that their beef PHO is quite nice! Tasty broth, thin-smooth noodles and generous serving of beef. Staff are all friendly. Need to improve in the towel quality as it got stains and not so white. Take note that the elevator is at the second floor so need to take the stairs from the lobby (1st floor). The staff are very helpful to assist if you have a heavy luggage to bring up.

The hotel location made it easier to walk around from almost all four directions that I found myself surprised every time I turn into a street and find the hotel right at the corner. Breakfast was okay for first timers like me who would rather get my tummy full before venturing out. But Ha Noi offers so much good food within walking distance too. The hotel staff were all courteous and friendly. And the room service even refilled the bottled water everyday even when I was out by hanging them in a plastic bag by the door handle. My room location was right beside the lift which had easy access carrying a backpack though the guests noise of coming and going from the lift was distracting at times, but I suppose it boils down to the guests’ behavior and consideration. Overall was a good stay.
Very good pho that day for breakfast at the hotel.
