We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and the staff was extraordinary. They were attentive, kind and helpful. All the way from the reception staff to the cleaning lady and the cook. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean and wifi was good. We have stayed here years before and the quality has stayed on a high level. I have to note that the hotel does show signs of age but that’s normal.

Location and breakfast were excellent. Staff also lovely especially at breakfast. Room was clean, maybe a little tired for example the seal on the shower needs replaced as water leaked a little bit no big deal at all. Overall excellent hotel and actually booked to stay another night after visiting Bai Tu Long Bay

My friend and I stayed here for a week and our stay was fantastic. A big reason why is the incredible staff! They are incredibly kind and accommodating. Whenever we would return from gallivanting in Hanoi, we’d always have lovely chats with them at the front desk to which they would recommend things to do. The place itself was in such a great location in the Old Quarter and was within walking distance to everything we explored in Hanoi. The complimentary breakfast was so fresh and yummy, too! Our room was by a window and we didn’t have any issues with noise nearby. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! Thank you to the staff for being so lovely and always greeting us each morning and night with warmth.

I had a wonderful stay at Hanoi La Storia Hotel for two nights (Friday and Saturday) and would happily stay here again. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. A special thank you to Anna, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and informative. She took the time to explain the city, recommended great local food, answered all of my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed. Her warm hospitality really made a difference to my trip. The breakfast staff were always friendly and attentive, and the housekeeping team kept the room spotless throughout my stay. Everyone greeted me with a smile, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location is another big advantage. It's in a safe area and just a short walk from plenty of cafés, restaurants, and local attractions, making it very convenient to explore Hanoi on foot. I was so happy with my experience that I also booked my Ninh Binh day tour and Ha Long Bay cruise for next week through the hotel. The booking process was easy, and I appreciate the assistance from the team. Overall, I highly recommend Hanoi La Storia Hotel for its excellent service, friendly staff, clean rooms, great location, and genuine hospitality. Thank you to Anna and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

hotel in general needs some TLC. there was a portion of the ceiling in our room that was missing paint, looks like they did some repair and never got it finished... fridge in room dirty. Dust on furniture and shelves. Magnetic card to unlock the room was not working. Breakfast was very good, with table service and generous portions, in a nicely decorated dining room.

Lovely stay

Great place near main attractions but not in busy street...room compact but bijou and had everything i needed even free toothpaste/brush. Breakfast was yummy omeletes, any other type of egg with bacon etc and lovely banana pancakes and fresh fruut plus toast...little slow to replace items that run out but sorted quickly when told

We are a family of three, two adults and a toddler. The room we stayed in did not have a window and was a bit small, but it worked perfectly for us since we spent most of our time out exploring. In a busy city like Hanoi, the reduced street noise was actually a big advantage and allowed us to sleep very well at night. The hotel is very clean and in an excellent location, making it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. One minor downside is that the neighbouring building is under renovation, so there is some noise during the day, but none at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel. The staff, including housekeeping and the cook, were all incredibly friendly. The free breakfast had a simple menu but was exceptional as our toddler loved it, and so did we!

The manager, Tiep Le provided above and beyond service. He was kind, professional and offered great options for us as far as tours, spas, and other recommendations. The location was very convenient and their breakfast was amazing! I’d highly recommend this hotel for your vacation. It did not disappoint and we’d stay again but really we’d stay at any hotel managed by Mr. Le - he was extraordinarily helpful. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very disappointing as it has two windows, but both of which are interior or blocked. We felt that it was false advertisement. However, the staff was very kind and understanding- excellent service. The room was comfortable, enough for the price paid- the bedding did show some wear. Breakfast was great.

Beds comfortable, quiet location, nicely decorated. Transport from airport was on time. Breakfast not at all like the pictures, it is not a beautiful buffet breakfast as advertised, it is a limited choice "a la carte", disappointing. Also no "welcome drink". Good coffee but lukewarm at best. Need to update the pictures.
