We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Phoenix Palace. Anna, the manager, was incredibly kind and made us feel exceptionally welcome and cared for. She always responded to our requests with an open heart, no matter the time or complexity. Anna is undoubtedly the hotel's greatest asset. Her perfect English, warm smile, and abundant patience create an atmosphere where guests feel more like friends. We'd also like to express our gratitude to Peter for his kind assistance during our stay. The hotel itself is comfortable and boasts an amazing location. It's clean and provides a sense of safety. While the breakfast was enjoyable, we found that the cooking lady wasn't as hospitable as the aforementioned staff members. However, on the whole, we have nothing but positive feedback about this hotel. We highly recommend the Phoenix Palace.

Great from start to end

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and everything was always perfect. The hotel is well located in the center of Hanoi. The staff was very welcoming and very friendly, they always did everything to help us. The rooms were very clean and very well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. This is definitely a good choice.

The negative part of staying here was that you could hear everything happening in the halls. And every other night of our stay a family checked in and screamed and yelled while running up and down the halls late at night. Sometimes people were just hanging out in the halls having loud conversations. The walls are quite thin. The positives were that the breakfast was delicious. Small but tasty! The staff were kind and friendly. The location was great. Very close to the lake, shopping and restaurants.

젤 꼭대기 기계실 옆에 방을 주셔서 밤에도 아주 시끄럽게 잤어요 친구가 방 옮ㄱㅣ기 귀찮다고해서 걍 지내긴했지만 생각할수록 기분나빠요 그리고 투어가는날 픽업와서 차타려고 하니 동그란안경쓴 단발머리 여직원이 붙잡고 얘길하는데 자기네 호텔도 투어등등 예약가능하니 프론트 이용하라고 하더군요 지금 상품보여줄까?하는데 할말을 잃었습니다 그걸 꼭 나가는 사람 붙잡고 할 이야긴지 원~~영어를 좀 만 더 잘했음 뭐라한소리 하고싶더군요 조식은 한번먹고 맛없어 바로 옆 쌀국수가게가서 먹었어요 그집 쌀국수 진짜 맛있습니다 추천드려요 위치는 여기저기 다니기 편한 위치지만 룸상태 직원의 태도로 다시 가고싶지도 추천하고싶지도 않습니다

여기 숙박 하세요~

음..가성비 대비 괜찮아요. 조식도 괜찮은데 조식 서비스는 조금 점수가 떨어지네요. 뷔페 이외에 쌀국수를 먹을수 있는데 이거는 아는 사람만 먹을수 잇어요. 식당에 투숙객이 앉으면 직원이 와서 시킬수 있다 라고 서비스 를 해야 되는데... 그렇지 않아여..한마디로 지 밥그릇 지가 챙겨야 된다고 주방에 가서 직접 이야기 해야 쌀국수 를 줍니다. 그외에는 흠 잡을께 없어요..아주 좋아요

복잡한 관광지 거리에 살짝 비켜난 위치이나 병원 건너편이라 밤에 약간 음침한편. 밤 11시 무렵까지는 주변으로 길거리 쌀국수와 술집이 있고요. 창문이 있는 객실도 옆 건물과 초근접해 있어서 큰의미는 없었음. 담배냄새가 약간 나는데 턴업 서비스가 방향제를 들큰하게 뿌려대서 더 힘들었습니다. 조식은 절대 사진처럼 나오지 않습니다.

Personale og værelsets renhed fejlede intet. Morgenmads buffeten var ikke særlig god. Mange fluer og havde stået fremme længe. Morgenmad fra menuen var bedre. “Værelse med udsigt/vindue” holder ikke. Der var vinduer, men med “udsigt” direkte ind i en mur dækket med planter 20cm væk.

Ik vond het een kamer voor maar 1 nachtje . De kamer was behoorlijk verouderd Ik heb mij behoorlijk geërgerd als ik iets wilde boeken of bestellen werd de prijs altijd in USD dollar genoemd (ik ben in Vietnam anders was ik wel naar Amerika geweest om in dollar te betalen). Zo irritant.

저렴한 가격에 하루정도 머물기 좋음

위치 자체는 호안끼엠 호수나 성요셉 성당과 가까워서 좋았습니다. 조식 퀄리티도 만족합니다. 다만 호텔 공사를 하는거 같았는데 아침 너무 이른 시간부터 공사하는 소리가 들리고 에어콘이 나오긴하지만 더워서 잠을 자꾸 깼습니다. 방안이 너무 더웠어요.

ツーリストゾーンに位置し清潔な環境

フロントのスタッフさんは親切です。部屋も清潔で綺麗です。ハノイの交通はすごく悪いのでこの辺りでホテルをとってタクシーを利用しやすい環境がいいと思います。フロントに頼めば安心なタクシーを呼べます。街で拾ったタクシーはほぼ、ぼったくりタクシーです。 朝食に巻き寿司がでて大喜びでした。
