This hotel was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter! It was right in the middle of everything, but tucked back into an alleyway so that it was still quiet at night. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were all so nice and helpful, and the breakfast was great with a very nice view of the city.

Great hotel in Hanoi old town

We had two separate stays at this hotel, and it was great. Location was perfect, breakfast was delicious, room was spacious and the staff and service was amazing. Tracy and John really was great support with our adventures in the northern part of Vietnam. Would stay again if ever in Hanoi and definitely recommend.

Nice little hotel near the busy area of the old town. The staff were really nice, Tracy at the reception was so kind and helpful! They even kept our bags while we were on a short trip away for a few days. The breakfast was nice too, especially the coffee!!

Tracy,John and all the staff will do everything to make you feel comfortable and welcome. This hotel is just off a busy, lively street down a short passage and has all the facilities you would need. The breakfast is cooked to order and very good. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is li ated in old Quartier but for the same price you can choose a better one. Room was comfortable but the bath was really bad.

It’s in the heart of old town so it’s bound to be busy and noisy around the area. However the room and hotel was surprisingly quiet as the alley location provides a buffer for the noise. Tracy was very helpful providing information about the city
