We were forced to live in a construction zone for 3 days with constant hammering, drilling, and dust coating everything in the room. It was uninhabitable and a health hazard. Expedia support was useless—they offered a pathetic $50 credit for a ruined vacation and promised a follow-up that never happened. Do not book here unless you want to...

"It was a great stay I really liked the property it was very beautiful property situated on main Highway and it takes around 20 minutes to reach Nainital Mall Road and the staff was very helpful and kind. Over all I would recommended it. "

"This hotel is a joke. This is nothing compared to a 5 star hotel or a resort. It's more like an Inn/Motel. Don't be fooled by the pictures on expedia. Roaches all over. Bed bugs under the blanket. Very unhygienic, especially if your traveling with a kid. Extremely disappointed. We checked out in less than 2 days. Additionally they only refunded for 1 night, not both nights. Terrible people. Food was alright though!"

"There is no parking facility. We stayed in R.N. 15 top floor on 13th June. Rooms are dirty, smelly and filthy. Wash basin in bathroom is broken. No geyser in bathroom which is a basic need in a hill station. They charge Approx. Rs 4000/- per day which is far higher as compare to facilities available."
