"I booked and paid extra for a seafront room. The view was wonderful. Unfortunately the room was not: 1) The bed was disgracefully bad - the springs on both sides of the bed are worn out, causing a person to roll off the bed unless they stay in the absolute centre of the bed. 2) Both of the armchairs are absolutely shot - the springs in both are now non-existent - they are so old and worn out. "Absolutely fabulous few days away. This is a real gem of a hotel. Quiet and secluded but a real joy to experience. The staff are so helpful and genuine (Rosie, Sharon and Oliver deserve medals) There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was tasty and well presented. The evening dinner menu and quality of food was 10/10. I think it could be even better with a slightly extended menu. We will be back x"
