"Das Zimmer und die Unterkunft waren sauber. Das Zimmer war äußerst spartanisch eingerichtet und war aufgrund der kaltweisen LEDs ungemütlich. Der Herr am Empfang konnte zunächst mit einem deutschen Reisepass nichts anfangen und verlangte mehrfach eine US ID, die wir natürlich nicht hatten. Den Pass könne er nicht scannen. Nachdem er mehrfach den Pass durchblätterte und an dem PC tippte, war der Pass plötzlich doch in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls äußerst spartanisch und der Frühstücksraum...

"The room was spacious but was showing a bit of wear. There was a pretzel on the floor when we got there so I'm not sure how well they cleaned. Some carpet damage and spots in the shower. The service left a lot to be desired. The tv tilted to the side because it was not attached well to the table. I called and front desk said maintenance would fix it but they never came. They said we would have cleaning service on Saturday but the never showed up. Breakfast was decent except the eggs. I...

"This is a lovely hotel, and I have stayed here multiple times. This last time, however, we had an issue with missing items. Jewelry was unfortunately left in the room and was then suspiciously “just not there” when we asked to have it retrieved and sent to us. This tells me that someone either pocketed the items or threw them away. Either way, there’s some dishonest people working here and that makes me feel like I can’t stay at this location again. Such a shame!"

"The window leaked so badly during a rain storm, it took 3 bath towel to soak up all the water. At almost midnight staff were bringing towels to us to clean up water. Floor in room was dirty, sticky. Black hair in shower. Breakfast buffet closes at 9:30 staff was cleaning and putting away items by 9:15 and asking guest to move out of the way. All ice machines were not working. The website and in-room materials falsely advertise a on-site bar and restaurant that has been closed for months....

"Staff are wonderful.. professional warm friendly and attentive. Breakfast quite good. Really enjoyed the farm fresh pasture raised yogurt. Room is spacious. The couch is a saving grace for our dog. Beautiful property. Kitchen is nicely stocked but no stove top. I got an induction burner from the front desk but it comes with only a very small frying pan. No pots to cook my vegetables. This would be the only suggestion I make to the management to upgrade. When we checked it, the...
