"The staff were helpful and kind but the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Old, chipped paint, peeling in bathrooms, worn out furniture…Not sure what the amenities fee is for?"

"We really enjoyed our stay, albeit brief, at the Ludlow. From the uniquely curated design in the lobby and rooms, to the excellent customer service, to the delicious Dirty French restaurant cuisine, we were pleasantly pleased. A one off I need to mention, was the in room breakfast-it was served luke warm, taste was sub-par, Was told to call the front desk for a glass Of water-not what we experienced during dinner at the Dirty French. We will definitely revisit the Ludlow again-keep it up! ...

"Nice quaint hotel. Old school. Nothing fancy. Excellent location for action. Restaurants everywhere. Quiet hotel which was great. AC great, kept room nice and cool Rooms are for 1 individual possibly couple. TV broken so they had to switch to my room. Bathroom rack fell off the wall with one touch. Overall it served its purpose. If I want another getaway alone and want to save a little money, would I stay here again, yes"

"The staff was really great. The location is very convenient and the bar was nice but after that is goes south. Planes fly right over and it literally iis across the street from a construction/rock business. I’m sorry but even though you are in New York the cost is questionable."

"My husband and I have stayed in many hotels in the USA because we travel from Guyana often and this is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at, the hotel is clean and the staff is courteous and we like that there’s an indoor restaurant and bar. We will definitely be staying here again in the future."

"Had to wait really long 50 mins to get hotel shuttle from airport. However hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff helpful. Return shuttle is every hour, i.e. 6, 7, 8 am etc … 30 min frequency would be more desirable. Other than frequency of shuttle service, everything else good."

"I loved staying here, I had to come for an emergency one night stay in-between moving apartments and the staff was so helpful and nice! The suite I ended up in was phenomenal and I loved that I could get breakfast before starting me day."

"The room was clean but didn’t smell clean had a damp smell. The ac was super loud too. But worst was traffic noise, from the LIE at night. The gym was good, but no bottle water in the gym, the dispenser was empty. The breakfast was very good, lots of options."
