"I had to have a late check in and they accommodated me. Like I was flying in from Kentucky and couldn't check in till 3 o'clock in the morning. I called the front desk and told him I was coming late and they have my reservation and I was so grateful to be able to sleep in a bed. And for a motel six, this is a really nice motel six. They have a little mini store in the lobby where you can get snacks, which was perfect for someone arriving late night with munchies."
"What a disaster! We walked in and were greeted by the smell of wet dirty carpet. Although it was renovated as a boutique hotel, it felt like a rent by the hour motel with a security glass between the guest and the check in clerk. The room had no closet, there was a coffee maker but no coffee and worse - the bathtub was litter with debris proving it hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. Our daughter had picked us up at the airport and we were visiting with her in our room (there is no lobby) and the clerk came in and threatened to charge us $35 because she “stayed more than 20 minutes”. I asked to see that policy in writing and she did not produce it. Our daughter left feeling humiliated and we were so upset for being treated like criminals. When the clerk refused to give us a printed receipt of what she was going to charge us - we grabbed our bags and walked down the street to the Best Western where we were treated with professionalism and as valued customers. "
"The bed is super comfortable and the room is very clean and smell really good when you come in. There are plenty of spaces in their parking lot and the area has lot of restaurants."
"It’s basically a renovated motel 6. Terrible location right next to bus and metro terminal. Paid for a Premium room but it was not premium whatsoever."
