It took more than an hour to get towels, I called the reception 3 times and at the last time I called I was told that they were washing the towels, but I talked to an employee in the elevator and she immediately took towels to my room, which means the people at the front desk didn’t tell me the true. The same happened with bed sheets for the sofa bed, the sheets for the sofa bed that were in the room were dirty, so I had to call and they took...

"Room was pretty clean everything worked well, parking was kinda tight. No complaints and ROGER IS THE NICEST most helpful person that could work there. Leaving this review just for him he deserves it. Would stay here again."

"Call ahead and check if their AC system is working. We got there to our surprise the system was down in the whole hotel and has been for a week prior to our stay and we were never informed until we checked in. Accommodations were not enough and it’s was insanely humid in the rooms."

"The staff is useful and friendly. The room is large and has some updates. We appreciated the fact that there was flooring and no carpet. Big plus for us. The bed was large but was more on the hard side which didn't lend to having a good night sleep. Pillows are a bit on the flat side. Towels were also very thin, but staff did give us more upon request without any questions. Hotel room was quiet even with its proximity to a big boulevard. Felt safe and parking was right in front of our room....
