"I’m very impressed and satisfied with my stay . The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. The decorations and design is so vintage and I remembered some of the old pots and pans and iron displayed all over the lobby . The front desk staff were helpful and always smiling . The room was so cozy and clean . I had the beautiful view of the mountain and water . The breakfast buffet was awesome and delicious ! The servers were all accommodating , friendly , smiling , courteous....

"This hotel is located in a great area and very close to the beautiful blue rivers. It is in a quiet neighborhood and only a 6 minute walk from the Interlaken West train station. The room was nice with an excellent view of the mountains and most everything is under a 10 minute walk.

"Location location location .. The hotel was situated in d perfect spot in interlaken .. Just few mins walk from Interlaken ost station and few mins walk to all Restos around there..was perfect for us... Room was very good and the staffs were really helpful.. "We booked the Queen Deluxe rooms on the 7th to 14th floor. Our jaws literally dropped as we entered and saw the incredible view of the Jungfrau from our balcony. It was breathe taking.
The room was very spacious, recently updated, modern, and clean. We found the beds to be comfy.
